The Orange County Housing Trust (OCHT) is a non-profit entity focused on providing a regional solution to help meet the growing demand for affordable housing options in Orange County and throughout Southern California. With the support of private investors, governments, major corporations and foundations, and with leadership from throughout the community, the Housing Trust provides funding and programs to increase affordable housing options for low and moderate income workers in the county. These workers are the lifeblood of the county’s economy and include teachers, police and fire personnel, healthcare workers, bus drivers, gardeners, food and tourist industry workers, manufacturing and entry-level workers, all helping strengthen Orange County’s well-being and cultural vitality.
